How long does shipping take?
USA: about 1 to 1.5 months
Other places: around 1 to 4 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can sometimes take longer due to postal delays, customs, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet it is possible to cancel.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

I haven’t received my order yet. Do you have any updates?
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for its location. If you selected tracked shipping, please check the tracking information for updates. If your order was sent without tracking (stamped mail), unfortunately I cannot provide further information.

Something is missing from my order.
If an item from your order was not included in your package, please email me at meowstarstudios@gmail.com and include your order number so I can help you.

I think my package may be lost.
Please email meowstarstudios@gmail.com and we can see what solution works best. This only applies to orders that were shipped with tracking.

My shipping address is incorrect.
Please contact me as soon as possible at meowstarstudios@gmail.com

If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned to me as an “undeliverable address.” Once it is returned, I can ship it again to the correct address, but you will need to pay the new shipping cost. Unfortunately, I cannot change the address after the order has been shipped.
